Work Order Management feature

Is it possible to add work order management to Trellis Desk with multiple file attachments for the end-user. I believe it would be an exceptional addition to the helpdesk. Tickets work well for inter-office issue tracking but the work order management add-on would be great for field personnel completing tasks assigned to them.
