Default icon missing for helpdesk settings

Description
Default button icon missing in helpdesk setting for Trellis Desk 2 Alpha 3 and is not displaying. Found the revert button icon in classic and copied and pasted to tiburon folder and now button displays. Could not find any icon within the folders for default.
