System would require customer identification before a ticket is generated. Because the tickets would be kept in each customers history. You would be required to collect customer number, names, address, phone, email, and optional items before a ticket could be created. Customers would be able to check the status of their own tickets by customer number and ticket number. Staff would be the only ones to create tickets. Imagine a computer service center.
Must create customer if they have never been serviced before or recall a previous customer if they have had service in the past.
