Problem with closed tickets

Hi,

When i close some ticket, the ticket disappear... its correct? Exist some way to see again this closed ticket?

My trellis version is: 1.0.2 Final

  • Resolution set to invalid

Yup, in the ACP when you are viewing your Manage Tickets list, click the orange Filters button and you should see options to filter the ticket list by status. You can select 'All' or 'Closed' to see closed tickets.
