     103   * {{{reconnect}}} makes the bot disconnect and then reconnect to the server, which at the same time forces all the plugin to re-read their ini settings.

    103105   * {{{enable <Plugin>}}} and {{{disable <Plugin>}}} respectively enable and disable a plugin altogether. It won't receive any events.
