CalEvans? mentioned a twitter plugin where you could ask Phergie if twitter was up or not.

Would be fun to add into the mix :D

I put something rough together. Need to add in the fail safe of actually checking Twitter yet.

Also what command would be good to trigger it?

I'd say just make the command "twitter." Or you culd just make it a regular plugin that uses "fails?" as its trigger. :P
