Description

When a user submits a message to either the bot or the channel in the format 'weather X' where X is a zip code, the bot will reply (to the user or to the channel with a reply addressed to the user) with the temperature, the time it was taken if available, and any other information pertinent to weather conditions (ex: cloudy or sunny, rain, thunderstorms, etc). Not sure how to handle users outside the US. This will obviously require a web service. It would be especially nice if, when the parameter is excluded, the bot uses a WHOIS lookup in conjunction with geolocation to get the user's location automatically.
