Description

When a user sends a message to a channel in the format (case-insensitive) "BOTNICK: Who's your daddy?" where BOTNICK is the nick of the bot, the bot should send a message to the channel of the format "You're my daddy, ORIGNICK!" where ORIGNICK is the nick of the user who sent the original message.
