GFIRE 0.8.1 RELEASE NOTES

Gfire is a free Xfire Plugin for Pidgin which allows you to connect to the Xfire network with the use of Pidgin.

We are proud to announce the latest version of Gfire, Version 0.8.1, which was released on 13th April 2009.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed a crash in some Linux dsitros.

• Change the URL link to the Wiki on the About window.

• Clean up code.

• Small bugfixes/changes.

• Improved file paths.

• In Group Chat, Warning is now given if the Topic is more than 200 characters and will not change the topic.

You can install the new version of Gfire over the previous version, but please have Pidgin closed. When you load up Pidgin, you will have the latest version of Gfire.
