GFIRE REALEASE NOTES

Gfire is a Free Xfire Plugin for Pidgin which allows you to connect to the Xfire network with the use of Pidgin.

We proud to announce the latest version of Gfire, Version 0.7.0, which was released on 1 May 2008

New Features:

• Ported the gfire code from Gaim to Purple

• Added new protocol icons

• Added the about function (Will be used later to show the date of the game id list, so you know if you are out-dated or not.)

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed the “(AFK) Away From Keyboard” bug (typo)

• Fixed server port bug

• Autodownload games_list.xml now works (but only works if the games_list.xml is missing, doesn't auto check for the latest games list yet)

Games List version: 18 April 2008

You can install the new version of Gfire over the previous version, but please have Pidgin closed. When you load up Pidgin, you will have the latest version of Gfire.
