Twitter lib and Simple Client for Delphi/FreePascal

Dweetta is an attempt at creating a complete API coverage for the  Twitter API.

Besides the library itself, a Simple Client will also be produced. This Simple Client will be more in the range of testing the Dweetta Lib and will not, by any means, be a full fledged and whistle-full client.
